Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “Citizen Registration” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4 : User will reach Citizen Registration page as shown below. Please complete the prompts and click “Next” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 5 : Another set of “Citizen Registration” prompt will be displayed in another page as shown below. Please complete the prompts with applicable details and click “Next” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 6 : Another set of “Citizen Registration” prompt will be displayed in another page as shown below. Please complete the prompts with applicable details and click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 7 : User will get message for successful registration as shown below. Please follow the below image.

Step 8 : Come back to the home page as shown below. Please complete the prompts with applicable details and click “Login” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 9 :Applicant will reach a new screen as shown below. Please select “NKDA” option under “Development Authority” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 10 : Applicant will reach a new screen as shown below. Please scroll down and select “Registration of Death at NKDA” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 11 : Applicant will reach a new screen as shown below. Please go through the displayed information and click “Apply” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 12 : Applicant will reach Applicant’s Basic Information page as shown below. Please complete the page prompt with details for given respective sessions and click “Save & Next” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 13 : Applicant shall process the resulting page prompts and click “Save & Next” button.

Step 14 : Applicant will get application summary page.Please go through the details. If all are ok, then click “Attach Supporting Document” button.

Step 15 : Applicant will reach Document upload page.Please upload applicable files as per appropriate prompts and finally click “Save & Next” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 16 : Applicant will get application detail summary page. Please go through the details. If all are ok, then click “Submit” button.

Step 17 : A system generated acknowledgement Receipt will be displayed. Please use the “Print” button to print it. Please keep this acknowledgement safe as it may be required in the future for reference.

Step 18 : This application will be processed further. Applicant receives notification on their registered mobile number. Please follow the notification and department guidelines to get the certificate.
