West Bengal - Change or Update Seed Sale Licence or Permit

Apply In-Person

  1. A valid seed license holder shall apply for changing the address of office/godown of the firm, Addition of New Godown, Change in name and address of responsible person etc.
  2. Applicant should go to the respective office (from where the license was obtained) to apply.

  4. Please collect the appropriate application form as per officer’s advice or write on a A4 sheet.
  5. Submit the completed application with required documents as mentioned in our required documents session.
  6. After accepting the application, officials will advise the amount to be remitted.
  7. Applicant shall pay the mentioned amount as applicable.
  8. Applicant will get receipt for the remitted fees. Please keep the receipt and acknowledgement safe for future reference.
  9. This application will be processed by the authority.
  10. Respective authority will do site verification if there is change in premises/godown to submit site verification report.
  11. Based on the report/recommendation, registering authority will issue updated certificate.
  12. Applicant gets intimation to collect the License.
  13. On the said date, applicant can collect the license.

  2. Click “Login to apply” option to get new screen
  3. Choose the login type “user login” to get login page.
  4. Registered user shall enter their Email, password and complete the other prompts as appropriate to hit “Log In” button.
    1. If you are a new user then use the “Sign up” option to register.
  5. Applicant will get information of registered details. If any information needs to be modified, then use edit option to modify.
  6. In the dashboard please select Seed and choose “Amendment” option.
  7. A New amendment application popup screen will be displayed. Please enter the license number at the prompted space. Now user need to select the Amendment field by selecting the check box. Finally click “Next” button.
  8. Please complete the online form for the required changes, upload applicable documents as per prompts.
  9. Please follow the page and complete payment requirement for this procedure
  10. Applicant will be provided with the screen to download the application as .Pdf file. Please download and print the application.
  11. An SMS to the registered mobile number will be sent.
  12. This application will be processed further.
  13. Please wait for the notification
  14. Please follow the notification to get the updated certificate.
