Uttarakhand - Online Apply for Freedom Fighter Certificate

Step 4 : In the given page, select “Individual Login” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 5 : If you are already an user, you can provide your credentials, enter “Captcha” code which is pointed with “YELLOW” arrow and then click on “Sign In” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 6 : If you are not a user, please click on “Sign up here” hypertext which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below at the bottom to reach registration page.

Step 7 : In the User Registration page, please enter all the required details and lastly hit on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

Step 8 : Now you will reach the login page, sign into your account by typing the “User ID”, “Password”, enter “Captcha” code which is pointed with “YELLOW” arrow and then click on “Sign In” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 9 : in the given page, click on “Request a new application” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to reach application form.

Step 10 : Complete ‘Select Service’ section in New Application page to move to next section. First, select the “Department” dropdown menu which is pointed with “YELLOW” arrow in the image given below to choose a department.

Step 11 : In the given list of options, choose “Revenue Department” which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below as applicable.

Step 12 : Next, click on “Service Type” dropdown menu which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow and select “Revenue Certificates” option which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below.

Step 13 : Now, click on “Service” dropdown menu which is pointed with “RED” arrow. In the given list of options, choose “Freedom Fighter Certificate” option which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 14 : To upload the applicant’s photo in ‘Photo Upload’ section, click on “Upload” box which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image given below.

Step 15 : Next, upload required files in ‘Mandatory Documents, Choose Document to Upload’ section.To upload files click on the “Upload” button which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow as shown in the image given below.Follow the same steps to Upload all the documents.

Step 16 : After uploading all the documents, hit on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to submit the application.

Step 17 : You will reach ‘Freedom Fighter Certificate’ with the applicant photo. Here, fill the details in ‘General Information’ section as shown in the image given below.

Step 18 : Firstly, click on “Certificate Type” dropdown menu which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow in the image given below and choose appropriate option. Later complete the rest of the details.

Step 19 : Next, fill the details in “Contact Information” section and in ‘Review Details’ section, click on “I hereby declare that all the information provided in the application is true and correct in every respect and if any information is found to be incorrect the application shall be liable to be rejected” checkbox which is pointed with “YELLOW” arrow, then lastly select “Pay & submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 20 : When you move to payment page, you will get an acknowledgment that the ‘Application Updated” on the top of the page.

Step 21 : In the payment page, pay the fees through online payment options. After selecting the mode of payment, click on “Pay Now” which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 22 : After choosing payment option, you will get the summary of fare, to continue click on “Continue” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the image given below.

Step 23 : Finally, submit the details. The confirmation receipt can be downloaded. The confirmation message is also sent through SMS to registered mobile number.

Step 24 : The application will be sent to the concerned officer. The officer will verify the details and approve it.

Step 25 : You can check your application status, by clicking on “Know Application Status” hypertext which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below in the main webpage.

Step 26 : In the given page, enter the application number and click “Search” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 27 : After approval, the applicant can find it in the website. The certificate can be obtained online.
