Puducherry - Online Apply for Temporary Electricity Supply

Step 4 : After reading the guidelines given the page, please click on “For Apply, Click here” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below.

Step 5 : You will find a page with Application Category, from the dropdown box please select “New Connection” hypertext which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 6 : Now, fill the details accurately in the page and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 7 : You will receive an OTP on your registered number. Please enter the generated OTP and hit on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to proceed to application form.

Step 8 : Now, you will taken to a page with four steps. Please enter all the required details and click on “Save & Next>” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below to proceed further.

Step 9 : Now, you will find an interface with Temporary Application number. Please click on “OK” which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below.

Step 10 : Now, you will taken to Step 2 where you have to fill all the required address details as shown in the image below.

Step 11 : After providing address details, please hit on "Save & Next>" button which is highlighted in "GREEN" in the image below.

Step 12 : Please enter the Plot Details in Step 3 as shown in the image below.

Step 13 : When selecting the Supply Category, please select the relevant options from the list given in the dropdown menu as shown in the image below.

Step 14 : Next, for the 'Type of Supply' you need to choose "Temporary" option which is highlighted in "GREEN" and fill in other details. Finally, click on "Save & Next>" button which is highlighted in "YELLOW" in the image below to proceed to final step.

Step 15 : In Step 4, you need to attach all the relevant documents in the applicable places as shown in the image below.

Step 16 : After filling and choosing required details as per the prompts please hit on "Save & Next>" button which is highlighted in "RED" in the image below.

Step 17 : Temporary New Connection Applied Successfully message will be shown along with the application no.

Step 18 : The respective authority will visit the provided site for inspection.

Step 19 : On satisfactory inspection in all respect by the officials payment has to be done accordingly.

Step 20 : After payment, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.
