Andhra Pradesh - Online Obtain Contract Labour Licence for Contractor

- Step 2 : To apply online for a Small/Marginal Farmer Certificate, visit the link: Meeseva Portal
- Step 3 : If you are a new user, register a new account by selecting, “New Registration” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image on the left side of the page.

- Step 4 : Now you will be directed to the registration page, Fill your details and click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to register.

- Step 5 : Now enter the OTP and captcha in the textboxes and click “Confirm” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 6 : Now open your email and activate your meeseva account by clicking the link. Go back to the login page by clicking “Back to Home” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 7 : Log with your username and password and click on the “Sign In” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 8 : Once login, please select “Labour” under “List of services” on the left part of the screen. List of online services will be provided.
- Step 9 : Please click “APPLICATION FOR INTEGRATED REGISTRATION OF ESTABLISHMENT UNDER LABOUR LAWS.” Option to get new page.
- Step 10 : Please select “Yes” or “no” as appropriate for the “Is Your Establishment An Industry” query.
- Step 11 : An online application will be provided. please fill in all the relevant mandatory details, select required details from drop down list as applicable and complete the prompts completely.
- Step 12 : Upload required documents as per the prompt.
- Step 13 : Make payment using the “Show payment” button.
- Step 14 : Pay necessary fee using payment gateway or by selecting challan to pay over the respective counter.
- Step 15 : Finally submit the application online using applicable button.
- Step 16 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Step 17 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.
- Step 18 : Application will be forwarded online to the concerned department.
- Step 19 : After scrutiny by the designated authority, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through SMS along with the date of inspection.
- Step 20 : Department authorities will verify the documents, Inspect the premises and clarify their queries.
- Step 21 : The Application along with report will be forwarded to the issuing authority concerned.
- Step 22 : If the applications is found to be correct, applicant will get notification about the sanction through SMS in their registered mobile number.
- Step 23 : This certificate shall be hand delivered or sent through post as per applicable norms.
- Note:
- Make sure to keep the “First-Aid Facilities” in the premises during inspection.
- It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
