Procedure

You can contact the local Prefectures in your area who can help you out getting the International driver license. Local Prefectures address can be obtained from the following link : Local Prefectures

Alternatively you can contact a driver school near by the place where you live. They should be able to hep you out in betting your International Driver License, but they would charge you a bit of money for getting it done.
