Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The cooperative society may request a copy for Certificate of Registration from the Department of Cooperative Development.
2. The cooperative society must write to Director of Societies with a justification regarding the lost/damaged certificate requesting a replacement copy.
3. The cooperative society must submit the request on the letter head of the cooperative.
4. The Director of Societies will review the request submitted by the cooperative society.
5. After the Approval, the director re-issues a copy of the Certificate of Registration.
6. Applicant is then informed in writing that the certificate is ready for collection.

Registered Cooperative Societies that have lost or damaged the Certificate of Registration

Fees

A processing fee of BS$20.00 is payable upon collection of the certificate.

There is no deadline for this service.
