- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Birth Certificate
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please complete the registration form and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Now enter the credentials and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now click “New Birth Registration” under “BIRTH” section which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Please complete the registration form with valid details. Choose the applicable options from the dropdown menu. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 7 : Now click “Browse…” tab to choose the file. Then click “Upload” tab to upload the mandatory documents. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted appropriately. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Upon submission, the applicant will receive acknowledgement as the confirmation of submission.
- Step 9 : After verification, the applicant can obtain the certificate from the concerned authority with the help of acknowledgement slip or the applicant can download the certificate from the portal.
