1. To apply for the birth certificate approach the Municipal Corporation Office of your district.
2. Download the form from the link given below New birth
3. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.

6. Collect the acknowledgment slip after submitting the form.
7. Use acknowledgment slip to obtain birth certificate from the municipal office.

To apply for the birth certificate in Arunachal Pradesh through online follow the procedure given below

1. Visit the following portal link.
2. Fill in all the personal details and the shipping address.
3. Now, the applicant will be redirected to the payment page.
4. On successful payment, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
5. Upon the successful approval of the concerned authorities, the applicant will be permitted for the certificate.
6. The certificate will be sent to the provided shipping address within a stipulated period of time.
