ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person

  1. Applicant who want to apply Encumbrance Certificate has to approach Tehsil Office
  2. Refer the “Office location & contacts” section for Contact details
  3. Application should be in written format in white paper with affixing court fee of 25 Paise.
  4. Application should be addressed to the Tehsildar
  5. please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. Attach all required document tothe application and Submit it to the Tehsildar with appropriate fees.
  7. After submission, you can get the acknowledgement receipt for reference.
  8. After authority’s process upon the application, Applicant will get notification (SMS) to collect the certificate from the Office.

Apply through CSC Centre

  1. Applicant has to visit the Common service centre (CSC) near their area to get the Encumbrance certificate
  2. CSC centre contact Link: Contat Link
  3. Complete the applying process(fill the form and upload required document) and pay the fees with the help of CSC centre staff.
  4. Submit the application through the centre to the concerned authority.
  5. After authority’s process upon the application, Applicant will get notification (SMS)
  6. Applicant can collect the certificate from the CSC Centre.
