- To Transfer Dental License to Another State in India, the applicant has to approach the Dental Council of India link
- An application form will be proved to the applicant by the concerned officer or it can be downloaded from the following link
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Ensure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to pay the fee of Rs 500.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- The application shall be rejected, if any document/information uploaded by the applicant, found incorrect/incomplete and the fee once deposited by the applicant, shall not be refundable. The applicant needs to apply afresh again.
- Once the application got approved, the applicant will receive the Transfer licence from the concerned officer.
- This entire process can be completed within 4 - 5 weeks or as per the timeline the respective department authority advised.

- To Apply for Transfer Dental Licence to Another State in India, the applicant can register online through the following link
- The applicant has to enter the mail ID, NOC number, and captcha and then click on the “validate” button. If the applicant is a new user, then click on “New user? Go for Registration”
- The applicant has to enter the details and click on the “Register” button.
- Now go back to the login page and enter the login details with captcha and click the “Validate” button.
- The applicant has to follow the further procedure to complete registration.
- The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- After submitting the application, the applicant has to pay the Fee of Rs.590/-
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.

- NOTE: The applicant must apply for the transfer of registration within 6 months from the date of issuance of NOC of the concerned State Dental Council/Tribunal.
