Apply In Person

  1. To Transfer Dental License to Another State in India, the applicant has to approach the Dental Council of India link
  2. An application form will be proved to the applicant by the concerned officer or it can be downloaded from the following link
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Ensure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  6. The applicant has to pay the fee of Rs 500.
  7. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  8. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
  9. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  10. The application shall be rejected, if any document/information uploaded by the applicant, found incorrect/incomplete and the fee once deposited by the applicant, shall not be refundable. The applicant needs to apply afresh again.
  11. Once the application got approved, the applicant will receive the Transfer licence from the concerned officer.
  12. This entire process can be completed within 4 - 5 weeks or as per the timeline the respective department authority advised.


Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Transfer Dental Licence to Another State in India, the applicant can register online through the following link
  2. The applicant has to enter the mail ID, NOC number, and captcha and then click on the “validate” button. If the applicant is a new user, then click on “New user? Go for Registration”
  3. The applicant has to enter the details and click on the “Register” button.
  4. Now go back to the login page and enter the login details with captcha and click the “Validate” button.
  5. The applicant has to follow the further procedure to complete registration.
  6. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  7. After submitting the application, the applicant has to pay the Fee of Rs.590/-
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.

NOTE: The applicant must apply for the transfer of registration within 6 months from the date of issuance of NOC of the concerned State Dental Council/Tribunal.
