- Step 2 : To apply online for temporary electricity supply, the applicant has to navigate to the following link : Apply Online
- Step 3 : An interface will appear on the screen, please close it by clicking on the "x" icon which is highlighted in "RED" in the image given below.

- Step 4 : In the given page, please select “Consumer services” tab which is pointed with “RED” arrow and then choose “New connection” hypertext which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below from the given list of options.

- Step 5 : In the given two options, select the appropriate option for you. If you click on “Suvidha Portal(New Connection(LT)Modification)” hyperlink which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below you will be taken to Login page.

- If you select "New Connection (LTIS/HT), please follow the steps from "Step 15" to do the procedure.

- Step 6 : In this page, enter Username and Password and check in "I'm not a robot" box which is pointed with "YELLOW" arrow. Then click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

- Step 7 : If you are New User, please click on “New User” hyperlink which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below to register.

- Step 8 : Enter all the required details and check in "I'm not a robot" box which is pointed with "RED" arrow. Then click on “Register” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

- Step 9 : You will receive an interface for creating account. Now, click on “Click here for login” hyperlink which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image below.

- Step 10 : Enter the Username, Password and check in "I'm not a robot" box which is pointed with "RED" arrow. Then, hit on “Login” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

- Step 11 : Here, select either "New connection (LT)" button which is highlighted in "RED" or select "New connection (HT<IS)" button which is highlighted in "GREEN" in the image below according to your need.

- If you click on "New Connection (LT)" option, please follow the following steps to complete the process.
- In case, you selected "New connection (HT<IS)" option, please follow the steps from "Step 23" to proceed with the procedure.
- If you click on "New Connection (LT)" option, please follow the following steps to complete the process.
- Step 12 : Now, "APPLY FOR NEW CONNECTION" form will appear, enter all the required details and click on "Next" button which is highlighted in "RED" in the image given below.

- Step 13 : In "SUPPLY INFORMATION" page, enter appropriate information and under "Connection Type" select "Temporary" hypertext which is highlighted in "RED" from the drop down menu. Fill in the remaining details and click on "Next" button which is highlighted is highlighted in "GREEN" in the image below.

- Step 14 : Here, upload all the relevant documents following the instruction and hit on "Next" button which is highlighted in "RED" in the image below for the completion of the process.

- Step 15 : In "Step 4", if you want to choose the second option, please select "New Connection (LTIS/HT)" hypertext which is highlighted in "GREEN" in the image given below.

- Step 16 : In the given login page, please enter the login credentials and click “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

- Step 17 : If you are a new user then click on the “New Registration” option which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

- Step 18 : You will be directed to the registration page, please select your preferred category by clicking on "Select User Category" drop down menu which is pointed with a "RED" arrow in the image given below.

- Step 19 : A pop-up display will appear after selecting the category, please click on "OK" button which is highlighted in "YELLOW" and then enter the required details and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

- Step 20 : Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

- Step 21 : An acknowledgement on your successful registration will be displayed on your screen. You will receive the "UserID" and link to update your password on your registered mail. Please click on the “ChangePassword" link which is pointed in “RED” arrow in the image below.

- Step 22 : Now, you will be prompted to set your password. Then, login into your account by entering your credentials and click on “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

- Step 23 : Once logged in, the applicant will have to click on “Apply CAF” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below to proceed with the process.

- Step 24 : A window will open with a question whether you already know your services. Please choose your option ‘yes’ or ‘no’ and follow the prompts accordingly. Then click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

- Step 25 : You will be taken to "Self Service Selection" page as shown in the image below, where you have to enter the details as required.

- Step 26 : At the bottom of the page to select the department, click on "Select Department" drop down menu which is pointed with "RED" arrow in the image given below.

- Step 27 : Now, click on "Select Service" drop down menu which is highlighted in "YELLOW" to choose the service and submit the application online using “Submit” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

- Step 28 : Your "CAF Details" will be displayed along with your application in the "Mandatory State Approval List" section. Please click on "Apply" button which is highlighted in "RED" in the image given below.

- Step 29 : On the pop-up screen, click on "OK" button which is highlighted in "GREEN" in the image given below.

- Step 30 : An application of your concerned service will display on your screen fill in the "Consumer/ Owner Information" as given in the image below.

- Step 31 : Next, enter "Other Information" and upload required documents as per the prompt as given in the image below.

- Step 32 : After filling all the required details, click on "Submit" button which is highlighted in "RED" in the image given below.

- Step 33 : Pay necessary fee using the payment gateway option. Save or note the required information for future reference.
- Step 34 : Once the application is processed. The applicant will be contacted by JBVNL officer /Call Centre Representative on email/mobile provided by you for verification.
- Step 35 : Once verification is successful, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.
