- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Consumer Services” option under “Consumer Links” menu. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 4 : Now click “LT connection” option under “Apply for New connection” tab. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Now click “Register Now” option on the right side of the page under Login section. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 6 : Now complete the registration form and click the checkbox highlighted in RED.
- Step 7 : Then you will be taken to a page where you have to read the terms and conditions. Then click “I Agree” tab. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Then click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : After successful registration, click the “Login” option to go back to the login page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 10 : Now enter your username and password. Then click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : Now click “LT New Connection” option under “New Connection” on the left side of the page under Service Request section. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 12 : Select the “Consumer Type” and “Category” from the dropdown menu. Then complete the application form with necessary details and click “Proceed” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : Thus online application is submitted. The accepted application will be processed and Mail &SMS notification will be sent to Consumer for submission of Security Deposit and supervision charges.
- Step 14 : Applicant shall follow the authority’s guidelines to get connection.
