India - Apply for Permanent Land Lease

To apply for permanent land lease, visit the Taluk office of your respective area.
Visit the Office and get the application form for Permanent land lease from the relevant department.
Please fill the application with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page. Attach all the important documents mentioned.
Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
Your application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with Permanent land lease registration process.
Once the documents are ready to be collected, the office will inform the applicant to collect it through any applicable means.

EligibilityEdit

Any person who wishes to apply for permanent land lease can apply.
No objection certificate should be sworn before the Executive Magistrate.
The certificate should be obtained verification from the Deputy Director of Land reforms.
The land proposed for permanent land lease should not bear any criminal records and must fall under the Govt accepted category for land lease.
