Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To apply for permanent land lease, visit Taluk office of your respective area. The address and contact details of the office can be found in the following Contact link.
2. Visit the Office and get the application form for Permanent land lease from the relevant department.
3. Please fill the application with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page. Attach all the important documents mentioned.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
6. And your application and attached documents will be passed for verification to check if there is any discrepancy.
7. After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with Permanent land lease registration process.
8. Once the documents are ready to be collected, the office will inform the applicant to collect it through any applicable means.

Apply through Centres:

1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following link to locate the centre according to the respective district: link.
2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
4. The operator will process the application online.
5. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
6. An inspection will be held to check the premises.
7. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any, will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
8. If verified, the lease documents will be provided in a stipulated period of time.

• Sworn Affidavit by the applicant before the Executive Magistrate

Eligibility

• Any person who wishes to apply for permanent land lease can apply.
• No objection certificate should be sworn before the Executive Magistrate.
• The certificate should be obtained verification from the Deputy Director of Land reforms.
• The land proposed for permanent land lease should not bear any criminal records and must fall under the Govt accepted category for land lease.
