Procedure

1. To obtain a certifying statement of the examination certificate that has been lost which has been previously issued by ZIMSEC, the applicant has to contact one of the ZIMSEC offices.
2. Office locations of ZIMSEC can be obtained from the following link : ZIMSEC Office Locations
3. The applicant will be requested to pay a fee and communication will be sent to the applicants forwarding address when the documents is ready for collection.
