Apply Online

  1. To Apply for A Level Certifying Statement (ZIMSEC), the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to complete all the details in the application form.
  3. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. Also, upload the fee receipt.
  5. After completing with all the details, click the “Submit” button.
  6. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  7. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  8. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  9. Once the application is processed, the A Level Certifying Statement will be issued. The applicant can collect it from the school or the designated distribution point.
  10. This entire process can be completed within 1 – 2 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

  1. To Apply for A Level Certifying Statement (ZIMSEC), the applicant has to approach the ZIMBABWE SCHOOL EXAMINATIONS COUNCILlink
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer. or it can be downloaded from the following link link
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned office mailing address.
  7. The mailing address is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
  8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  10. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
  11. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  13. Once the application is processed, the A Level Certifying Statement will be issued. The applicant can collect it from the school or the designated distribution point.

EligibilityEdit

The applicant is eligible to apply for A Level Certifying Statement (ZIMSEC) in Zimbabwe if he/she meets the following criteria:

  • The applicant must have passed the A level examination.
  • The applicant must be a Zimbabwean citizen.
  • The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
