This procedure explains various ways to Obtain National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance in Zamboanga Peninsula.

Simply complete the online form. Make sure that all the information that you have provided are correct and valid.
Once you are done completing the form click the submit button. After hitting submit, another page will open up. The new form will ask for your contact details and family background. Important: Double check the e-mail address that you will provide, make sure that is correct because NBI will use the email address to send the confirmation message for your application.
After successfully registering online, print the form. Take note of the registration code, you will need it in the future.
Go to the NBI clearance center and provide two valid IDs, the registration code and payment for the clearance.
Have your photo taken and your fingerprint biometrics collected.
If your application resulted to No Hit that means you have no criminal record. You may now proceed to the printing area and collect your NBI Clearance. For those who got a With Hit result, you will need to come back as advised by the clerk. Take note of the date and keep your receipt, you will need it when you collect your clearance.

Applicants are required to present any TWO (2) of the following government-issued IDs:

UMID Card
Passport
Driver's License
Birth Certificate authenticated by PSA (original copy)
Other government-issued IDs

Note: Non-Government issued IDs such as company IDs and Barangay Clearance are NOT ACCEPTED as valid IDs in processing NBI clearance. Additionally, a Barangay Certificate is required for First Time Job Seekers availing the free service under RA 11261.

The NBI Clearance Processing strictly implements the "NO APPOINTMENT NO ENTRY" POLICY for NBI clearance applicants. No appointment will be available on the same day of application.
