This procedure explains various ways to Authenticate Certificate of Conversion to Islam in Zamboanga City.
Apply In PersonEdit
- Here's how you can have a Certificate of Conversion to Islam verified and authenticated by the National Commission On Muslim Filipinos (NCMF). You can go to NCMF's office in Quezon City or any of their regional offices to apply for the procedure.
- Go to Bureau of External Relations (BER) and ask where can you obtain a request form.
- Complete the request form and submit it to the person-in-charge.
- The person-in-charge will conduct a short interview to aid in evaluating your application.
- You will be required to present original and photocopy of your certificate of conversion to Islam issued by a recognized Islamic organization and copy of Sharia registration of certificate of conversion to Islam.
- You will also be asked to present a valid identification card.
- After your application is evaluated your information will be encoded by the person-in-charge in their database.
- Once your application is approved by the Bureau Director the Certificate of Authentication will be issued.
