Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for the validation of an education certificate in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Qualifications Authority office of Zambia, for the main office visit link.
  2. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. An application form will be provided to the applicant at the Qualifications Authority office.
  4. Once understanding the guideline properly, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
  5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
  6. The application will be forwarded for verification.
  7. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
  8. After the verification of all the documents, the validation certificate will be accessible.
  9. The applicant gets the validation certificate in a stipulated Period of Time.


Apply Online

  1. Visit the online portal to sign up to apply online application portal.
  2. Click on “Sign Up” to make a new account.
  3. A new page will open up, then fill the information required.
  4. An activation link will be sent to the email ID you have provided.
  5. Click on the link to activate your account.
  6. Again go to the portal and sign in with your email and password.
  7. A page will open with your name and from there you can select the service you want to avail.
  8. Click on “Apply” in the left-hand side menu.
  9. A page will turn up where you have to fill in your personal details.
  10. Fill in your details and hit the “Finish” and “Submit” button.
  11. You can also download this application form by clicking the “Download” button present on the top of the right-hand side.
  12. You can check the status of your application after signing in and going to the left-hand side menu.
  13. After the successful process of your application, the applicant will be able to download your e-certificate.
