Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To renew a License or Permit for Events and Exhibitions Management in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Ministry of Tourism office. Please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. The applicant shall obtain the application form for the permit from the office of the Ministry of Tourism.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with ”Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as suggested by the authorities.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be permitted for the license.
8. Collect the permit from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.
