Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To obtain License or Permit to Import Other Crop Seeds in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Agriculture Research Institute. Please tap on the following link to view contact details link.

3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Zambia Agriculture Research Institute.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.

6. Pay the fee as suggested by the authorities.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be permitted for the license.
8. Collect the license from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.
