Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To obtain a License or Permit for Events and Exhibitions Management in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Ministry of Tourism office. Please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. The applicant shall obtain the application form for the permit from the Ministry of Tourism office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with ”Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be permitted for the license.
8. Collect the permit from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

• In case of foreign investment, an investment permit or license from the Zambia Development Agency.

Fees

License Fee: ZK 6000.

Validity

The license will be valid for a period of three years from the date of issue.
