Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain a variation in Employment Visa in Zambia, the applicant or in this case, an agent (who is applying on behalf of the subject) will have to visit the department of immigration, please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Please make sure to have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. Upon visiting, the applicant will be provided with an application form to be filled in the immigration office.
4. Once understanding the guidelines properly, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. After the completion and verification of all the documents, the visa will be accessible.
8. Collect the visa from the office or wait for the visa to arrive via post on the postal address in a stipulated time.
