Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for a conversion of foreign education certificate in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Qualifications Authority office of Zambia, for the main office visit link.
  2. Application form will be available in the respective office.
  3. Make sure you have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. Go to the office and complete the application form provided by the concerned authorities.
  5. Upon filling all the necessary details, pay the application fees.
  6. The application will be forwarded for verification.
  7. Upon the verification of the required documents, you have to collect the certificate.
  8. Visit the office and collect the certificate on time.


Apply Online

  1. Visit the online portal to sign up to apply online application portal.
  2. Click on “Sign Up” to make a new account.
  3. A new page will open up, then fill the information required.
  4. An activation link will be sent to the email ID you have provided.
  5. Click on the link to activate your account.
  6. Again go to the portal and sign in with your email and password.
  7. A page will open with your name and from there you can select the service you want to avail.
  8. Click on “Apply” in the left hand side menu.
  9. A page will turn up where you have to fill in your personal details.
  10. Fill in your details and hit the “Finish” and “Submit” button.
  11. You can also download this application form by clicking the “Download” button present on the top of the right hand side.
  12. You can check the status of your application after signing in and going to the left hand side menu.
  13. After the successful process of your application, you will be able to download your e-certificate.
