Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Mineral Analysis Certificate in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Ministry of Mines and Minerals office. Please tap on the following link to view contact details link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with”Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as suggested by the authorities.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the analysis will be held.
8. Collect the certificate from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.
