Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Game Ranch Project Review License or Permit in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Wildlife Authority. Please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the department of national parks and wildlife office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with ”Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. The approved application will be submitted directly to the Ministry of Tourism & Arts in Lusaka.
8. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be allowed for the permit.
9. Collect the permit from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

• Game Ranch Projects Review Fee:
• For Citizens: ZK500.10.
• For Residents: K2,500.20.
• Non Resident: $1000.

This licence provided has a one-off facility.
