Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Alcoholic Beverages Testing License or Permit in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Compulsory Standards Agency. Please tap on the following link to view contact details link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Zambia Compulsory Standards Agency office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with required attachments to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be issued a provisional certificate.
8. The applicant will get the license in a stipulated period of time.

• Application Fee: Pay as per the authority’s request.
• License Fee:
• Physical: ZK 583.20
• Chemical: ZK 1,383.60
• Microbiological: ZK 1,016.10

Validity

• The validity is for the time period mentioned on the license.
