Zambia - Apply for Accreditation of Foreign Qualifications

Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for accreditation of foreign qualification in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Qualifications Authority office of Zambia, for the main office visit link.
  2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Qualifications Authority office.
  4. Once understanding the guideline properly, the applicant has to fill-in all the necessary information in the application form. Find the guidelines here guidelines.
  5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
  6. Pay the fee as per given in the “Fees” section of this page.
  7. After the completion and verification of all the documents, the certificate will be accessible.
  8. Collect the required certificate in around 30 days.


Apply Online

  1. Visit the online portal to sign up to apply online application portal.
  2. Click on “Sign Up” to make a new account.
  3. A new page will open up, and then fill the information required.
  4. An activation link will be sent to the email ID that is provided.
  5. Click on the link to activate the account.
  6. Again go to the portal and sign in with the credentials.
  7. A page will open with the applicant’s name and from there the applicant can select the service they want to avail.
  8. Click on “Apply” in the left hand side menu.
  9. A page will turn up where the applicant will have to fill in the personal details.
  10. Fill in the details and hit the “Finish” and “Submit” button.
  11. The applicant can also download this application form by clicking the ”Download” button present on the top of the right hand side.
  12. The applicant can check the status of the application after signing in and going to the left hand side menu.
  13. After the successful process of the application, the applicant will be able to download the e-certificate.
