Apply In-Person

  1. To apply for a Permit or License for Fertility Testing of Animals in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock office of Zambia. Please tap on the following link to view contact details link.
  2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock office
  4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
  5. Submit the application form with”Required Documents” to the office.
  6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
  7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the test will be taken.
  8. Collect the license from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

  • Applicants should not be minors.

  • Fee for Fertility Testing - per animal (labor): ZK 249.999.
