Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for an aircraft noise cancelling certificate in Zambia, the applicant has to contact the Civil Aviation Authority of your area, for the main office visit link.
2. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. Submit an application with necessary attachments to the office.
4. Make payment as per mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
5. Submitted application will be verified by the Civil Aviation Office.
6. After verification the certificate will be available.
7. Upon completion of above steps the applicant can collect the required certificate.

• The applicants should be a bona fide national of the country.

Fees

• License Fee : Fee payable is K350.00

Validity

• The validity will depend on the application. However, the license will be valid for not more than 25 years.
