- To Register Business with the government (Provincial/territorial incorporation), the applicant must send an application to the Yukon Government. Here is the contact Link

- The applicant will need to fill out an application package. Click on the following link for further information. Find a list of forms that need to be completed and sent under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant will need to make a fee payment. Find further information under the “Fees” section of this page.
- The applicant will need to submit the application by dropping it off at the dropbox in the office under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
- The applicant shall receive their certificate within 10 days from the submission of the application.

FeesEdit
- The applicant will need to pay a fee of 60$ for a name reservation.
- The applicant will need to pay a fee of 300$ to incorporate their business.
