Apply In-Person

4. The applicant will need to make a fee payment. Find further information under the “Fees” section of this page.
5. The applicant will need to submit the application by dropping it off at the dropbox in the office under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
6. The applicant shall receive their certificate within 10 days from the submission of the application.

Any business in Canada can incorporate their business.

Fees

• The applicant will need to pay a fee of 60$ for a name reservation.
• The applicant will need to pay a fee of 300$ to incorporate their business.

A certificate of incorporation is valid until the company is in existence.
