Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Pesticide selling as a Retail Vendor Registration in person, the applicant has to visit the nearest Department of Environment office.

3. Visit the office and obtain an application form for Pesticides Vendor Permit from the relevant department. Or click here to download Application form
4. Make sure that all the documents in the “Required Documents” section of this page are available.
5. Complete the application as per convenience, attest it with signature and attach the required documents with the application form.
6. Then, submit the application package to the relevant authority at the office. The applicant has to pay required fees for the license, through any of the available payment modes.
7. Fees details can be obtained from the office. Upon receipt of the application and all the required information, the Department will proceed to review and assess the submitted information.
8. On completion of the review, the office will contact the applicant through phone or email regarding the collection of permit.

Apply through mail

1. To apply for Pesticide selling as a Retail Vendor Registration through mail, the applicant has to forward a paper application to the Department of Environment office.
