Apply In Person:
- To Apply for a Voter Identity Card, the applicant has to approach the US Election Assistance Commission link
- Applicant has to download the application form to get the card from the following link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
- Make sure the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
- The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
- There is no fee for this procedure.
- Applicant can submit the application form and the documents to the respective office.
- The authority will review the application form, upon successful completion the authority will issue the voter card.
- The applicant can get the voter card in mail ID.
- The processing time of this procedure takes 20 days before election day.

- The applicant has to download and complete the application form by using the following link
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
- Make sure the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- After completing the application form the applicant has to send the application form to the mailing address, the address is given in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
- The processing time for this procedure takes 20 days before Election Day.
