1. To Apply for Certification for Subcontractor, use the following link
2. To register, the applicant has to click the “New EGov users register here”.
3. In the following link the applicant has to enter all the details to register.
4. After entering all the information, the applicant has to click “Register”.
5. Once completed, the applicant has to use the first link to log in for applying.
6. Enter the mail ID password, and click the “Sign–In” button.
7. Now, the applicant has to enter all the details in the application form.
8. Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
9. And also upload the instructor's biometric signature.
10. The applicant has to pay the fee in online mode.
11. Once completed, click the “Submit” button.
12. Once the verification process gets done by the officer, the applicant gets a notification from the department.
13. The applicant gets the certificate through mail.
14. The processing time for this procedure is within 15 – 30 days.

2. The applicant has to download the form from the following link
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form. (Incomplete application forms are rejected)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the office fax number - (303) 231-5515.
7. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.

9. The applicant gets the contractor ID through the mail.
