Apply In-Person:
- Applicant shall approach their Assistant director agriculture (ADA) or Zonal agriculture office (ZAO) or the designated authority as per respective state.
- Online link for contact details: Contacts link Please use the district name as applicable to get contact details.
- Please go to the respective office. Get the application form Or write on a plain A4 sheet as advised.
- Submit your completed application along with Xerox of all documents as mentioned in the required documents section of this page.
- Authorities will check the submitted details. If all are in place, application will be accepted.
- Applicant shall make payment as applicable as per requirement if any. Applicant will be issued an acknowledgement for the submission of application form.
- This application after acceptance will be processed further.
- Verification and inspection of submitted application details, documents and land will be carried out by designated authority.
- Based on the verification and inspection report the issuing authority will sanction the card.
- Applicant will get information and intimation from department on the registered mobile number.
- As intimated, applicant shall go to the respective office for collection of Identity card or it will be delivered as per applicable norms.

- In the given page please enter your mobile number at the prompted space and click “Proceed” button.
- Applicant will reach “Farmer Registration Form” page.
- Please complete the prompted details as appropriate. Once all the page requirements are completed please click “Submit” button.
- Applicant will receive a OTP in their registered mobile number. Please enter the received OTP at the prompted space in the resulting “Submit” button.
- A popup message “Record has been submitted successfully” will be displayed. Please click “OK” button.
- This online application will be processed further. Applicant will get notification in the registered mobile number. Follow the department guidelines to get the Identity card.
- Note:
- Applicants are advised to adhere to their respective state norms with respect to the land size.
Apply through Centres:
- To apply through centres, the applicant has to approach the respective “CSC” centre in their area. Refer the following link for location: CSC Locator link
- NOTE: The applicant has to select the state, district and block name from the drop-down menu, or the applicant has to click on their respective district to find nearby centres.
- Please visit the centre and consult with the centre operator for your requirement.
- If the operator issues an application form, then collect it and pay the requisite fee. Please complete the application form.
- Now, submit the completed application along with the required documents as per the “Required Documents” section of this page. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
- The operator will process the application online. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement. The applicant will also get a transaction number as a text message on their registered mobile number.
- Applicant has to make necessary payment as centre operator quotes and don’t forget to take the receipt.
- This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
- ”SMS” triggered update on application status will be sent to the applicant’s mobile. Please keep track of the notification.
- The submitted application will be processed by the department. A designated authority will verify the submitted documents and inspect the area of the applicant to clarify the applicant’s details.
- The status, viz. Approval or Rejection will be conveyed to the applicant through an “SMS” or applicable norms.
