West Bengal - Online Apply for Insecticide License

Step 2 :Please use the following link to download the challan form to Deposit of money in the account of GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL (please follow “note-1” to “Note-3” sessions in the form for deposit remittance information):Link for challan.

Step 3 :Please use the following link to apply online Link for online portal.

Step 4 :User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “Login to Apply” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Yellow”.

Note: The fields marked with "*" are mandatory.

Step 5 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “User Login” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Yellow”.

Step 6 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “Sign up” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “red”.

Step 7 :User will reach REGISTER form page as shown below. Please complete the form requirements as applicable and click “Next” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 8 : User will reach a page as shown below. Please complete the form and click “Next” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 9 : User will reach a page as shown below. Please complete the form.Upload PAN card using the prompt. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 10 :Please follow the on screen display to complete the registration process.

Step 11 : In the login page as shown below. Please complete login prompt with appropriate details and click “Log In” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 12 : Once login, applicant shall edit the details if required. In the dashboard, add “Store Point” & Educational Qualification (Self / Others) to initiate online process.

Step 13 :In the dashboard itself, applicant shall select “Insecticides” option from the left part of the screen and choose “New application” sub option.

Step 14 : Applicant will reach the respective page. Please complete the page prompts as appropriate and click “Next” button.

Step 15 : Applicant will reach additional pages of the application form.Complete the successive form pages. Finally click “Save and Proceed to Upload Documents” button.

Step 16 : In the Upload Documents page. Please upload applicable documents and click “Save and Proceed to Payment” button.

Step 17 :Applicant will reach add payment details page. Please complete the prompts as appropriate. Upload challan at the prompted space. Please click “Save and Submit” button at the bottom of the page to submit the application online.

Step 18 : A system generated list will be displayed. Please select the “Download PDF” option against the application number generated. User shall save it for future reference.

Step 19 :This application will be processed further. Applicant will receive SMS from Department of Agriculture for Store Verification and Sale point Verification. Please produce all relevant originals of the respective uploaded document’s at the time of Verification to the Government Officials. After verification, application will be processed further to issue the license.
