Please use the following link which would take you to the below displayed screen. Please visit the following link : Online Portal. Registered user shall select “Existing User (Sign In) option. User shall enter their “Mobile No” and hit “Request for OTP”. User shall enter the received OTP (as per the mobile number they provided) as per the prompt and hit “Log In”. New user shall use the “Register as new user (Sign Up)” option to register by following the page prompts and then login.
Once login, a new screen will be provided. Please select “Prepare Application” option under “Transaction” menu.
In the new screen, Please fill the details for “Applicant details” and “Application details” sessions as appropriate. Upload the required documents as prompted under “Applicant’s Document” session. Once all the details are provided, hit “Save application” tab. A pop up message shows generated” Application prepared successfully and Application Id No. xyz…”. Please note down the number safe for further processing and hit “Ok”.
On the same main page, Select “Send application to SE” option under “Transaction” menu. A new screen with application details will be provided. Please select “Enter Payment Details” hyper link under “Click To” column at the end of the table.
An extended screen will be provided with application ID and payment details. Please close this popup by hitting the appropriate option.
Now user will be taken back to the application details page. User shall click on the “Send to S.E.” hyper link under the “Click To” column at the end of the table. A popup showing “Application send to SE Successfully” will be provided.
This submitted application will be processed by the respective department. Please follow the notification from the department and complete the requirements as guided by authorities to get the permit

Apply through Centres:

To apply through centres, the applicant has to approach the respective “CSC” centre in their area. Refer the following link for location: CSC Locator link
- NOTE: The applicant has to select the state, district and block name from the drop-down menu, or the applicant has to click on their respective district to find nearby centres.
Please visit the centre and consult with the centre operator for your requirement.
If the operator issues an application form, then collect it and pay the requisite fee. Please complete the application form.
Now, submit the completed application along with the required documents as per the “Required Documents” section of this page. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
The operator will process the application online. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement. The applicant will also get a transaction number as a text message on their registered mobile number.
Applicant has to make necessary payment as centre operator quotes and don’t forget to take the receipt.
This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
”SMS” triggered update on application status will be sent to the applicant’s mobile. Please keep track of the notification.
The submitted application will be processed by the department. A designated authority will verify the submitted documents and inspect the area of the applicant to clarify the applicant’s details.
Based on the outcome of the above-mentioned steps and other internal processing, the designated issuing authority will issue the permit.
The status, viz. Approval or Rejection will be conveyed to the applicant through an “SMS” or applicable norms.
