Through Apnacsc:
- Applicant can enroll for aadhar card by visiting Apnacsc center. Link to locate CSC center : CSC Link
- You can obtain form from CSC center or can be downloaded from the link : CSC Link
- Make sure you have required documents
- Applicant should make sure they are eligible for applying
- Submit the completed form along with documents to the officer at CSC. Application will be processed
- Applicant will be photographed and bio metric scan for finger and eye iris scan will also be completed.
- Upon completion, applicant will be issued an acknowledgement receipt for reference. Aadhar card will be dispatched to residence address.
Through Enrollment centers:
- Applicant has to approach the enrollment center to apply. Link for enrollment center : Enrollment center link
- Go to the center as located with required documents.
- Application form can be obtained from the center or can be downloaded through the link : Form link
- Submit the completed form with required documents to the authority in the center.
- Applicant will be photographed and bio metric scan for finger and eye iris scan will also be completed.
- Upon completion, applicant will be issued an acknowledgement receipt for reference.
- Aadhar card will be dispatched to residence address.

Aadhaar is a 12 digit individual identification number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India on behalf of the Government of India. This number will serve as a proof of identity and address, anywhere in India.

Any individual, irrespective of age and gender, who is a resident in India and satisfies the verification process laid down by the UIDAI can enrol for Aadhaar.
AADHAAR card is available free of cost to all citizen and residents of India, including NRIs and resident foreign nationals, regardless of the their citizenship. The procedure and document requirements for NRIs and Foreigners are same, as for any other resident of India.
If any NRI or a Foreigner wish to apply for the AADHAAR card, they have to be physically present at any of the AADHAAR card center in India. You can apply at any of the open AADHAAR card center near your location in India. Each individual needs to enroll only once which is free of cost.
Each Aadhaar number will be unique to an individual and will remain valid for life. Aadhaar number will help you provide access to services like banking, mobile phone connections and other Govt and Non-Govt services in due course.
