ProcedureEdit
- If in you're in Wallis, go to the Constituency of Uvea in the Service of the Regulation office. If you are in Futuna, go to the Delegation of Futuna to the Registry Office.
- Fill out the Form Cerfa.
- Present and submit required documents. (Please see below for documents required.)
- Pay the tax stamp.

- Form Cerfa to be recovered from the Regulatory Department of the Uvea Constituency or the Registry Office located at the Delegation of Futuna and to return to these same services duly informed,
- 2 identity photographs identical in color to standards of format 35 x 45 mm
- A valid identity document or passport or expired less than 2 years, otherwise a birth certificate or a certified copy of the birth certificate
- Proof of residence (water or electricity bill or telephone bill, rental lease or title deed or other document proving)
- A tax stamp of 1,500 CFP (sold to the Paieie de Mata'Utu)

- Citizens can apply for a national identity card in the following places:
- In Wallis: with the Constituency of Uvea in the Service of the Regulation
- In Futuna: to the Delegation of Futuna to the Registry Office.
- These services are open to the public every working day from 07H30 to 15H00 without interruption.
- For a minor applicant, the signature of one of the parents or legal guardian is required on the application, accompanied by a photocopy of their identity document and the family booklet.
- It is always required for the applicant to be present during application.
