Procedure

Creation

1. The office of the new association must file with the associations section the initial declaration of association, the minutes 1 of the constituent general assembly accompanied by a copy of the statutes. To file for association, fill out this form.
2. All documents must be dated and signed by at least 2 people from the office (the president and another member of the board). It is imperative to include on the documents the name of the association, the full address of the head office, the date and the 2 signatures.
3. The Administration submits a creative receipt. The interested party goes to the payroll for the payment of registration fees amounting to 7,000 FCFP (2 000 cfp for registration and 5 000 cfp for insertion in the JOWF)
4. The creation receipt is left to the service of regulation and elections (SRE) for publication in the official journal of Wallis and Futuna (JOWF). The publication deadline is 15 days.
5. A bank account (or pay) and a mailbox may be opened in the name of the association. It is therefore necessary to ensure that the names of the persons signing the account of the association are mentioned in the minutes of incorporation or modification of the office of the association.

Modification

• Any minutes of renewal of the office must be deposited with the SRE (sections of associations) accompanied by the attached document. It is imperative that the name of the association, the full address, the date and at least 2 signatures of the members of the board appear on the documents.
• Fill out this form.

Dissolution

In the event of dissolution, the office of the association concerned must file with the SRE (section of associations) the minutes of dissolution signed by at least 2 members of the association.
