Procedure

1. To exchange a foreign driver's license into a Wallis and Futuna driver's license, applicants will need to submit a completed application to the Transport Department.
2. Applicants will need to present or submit the following documents:
   1. Foreign driver's license
   2. Valid proof of identity (passport, identity card) and/or title to stay in the case of foreign nationals
   3. Two passport photos (32 x 25 mm)
   4. A certificate of authentication of the permit by the authorities of the countries
3. After submitting all the requirements, pay the application fee.
