Procedure

1. To apply for individual educational grants the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Education and Culture.
2. Individuals submit a request letter and required documents to the Ministry of Education and Culture.
3. If approved a cheque is issued to the Individual. The Ministry of Education and Culture accounting office makes a note of the issuance.
