Procedure

1. To obtain a new electricity connection the applicant has to contact the Ministry Of Communication And Works.
2. The applicant applies in writing for financial assistant to the Ministry of Communication and Works.
3. Once approved, the Ministry of Communication and Works would write to the applicant confirming how much finances was approved.
