Procedure

1. To apply for the procedure you must complete in duplicate the application form
2. Submit the completed form to the Town and Country Planning Department.
3. Pay the required fee.
4. Once your application is approved you will be contacted by the Department giving you instructions on how you can pick up your approval letter.

• A scale sketch, including accurate dimensions, must be submitted with the application. A photograph may also be submitted to aid in evaluating the application.

Instructions

To apply for the procedure you must complete and submit the form in person to the Town and Country Planning Department.

Required Information

• Name of applicant
• Address
• Telephone number
• Fax number
• Email address
• Number of signs
• Location of sign (example: Location within the Territory as well as a description of placement of sign, such as on exterior of building, along the road, etc.)
• Description of sign (example: Its size, height from ground, shape, colour and content. A scale sketch, including accurate dimensions, must be submitted with the application. A photograph may also be submitted to aid in evaluating the application.)

The form must be completed in duplicate.
