ProcedureEdit

  1. To apply you will need to complete a registration form which can be obtained from the office of Department of Culture or downloaded online.
  2. Submit the completed form along with all other required documents.
  3. Your application will be forwarded to the Chairperson of the Village Sub-Committee. The Chairperson of the Village Sub-Committee schedules a meeting with all applicants to review the rules and regulations and all requirements the applicants would be required to comply with.
  4. You will be informed via telephone if your are successful in securing a booth and when are the due dates for the fees.


Note: If your application is denied, you will also be informed via telephone and will be advised to re-apply the following year.
