  • Visit the concerned department.
  • Bring the necessary documents.
  • Pay the prescribed fees.

  • Expression of will, duly notarized.
  • Proof of address issued by the municipal council or mayor.
    • Domiciled in national territory, for a period not less than two (02) years.
  • Passport which enters the country.
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Enter the identification number assigned when he was Venezuelan nationality to their empowerment and redirection.
