Uttarakhand - Online Obtain Fire Safety Certificate

Step 2 : To obtain fire safety certificate online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Apply Online

Step 3 : In the given home page, please click on “NOC” tab which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image given below from the menu.

Step 4 : In the given list of options, select “APPLY FOR NOC” option which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 5 : Now, select “PRE-ESTABLISHMENT NOC” option which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below to move to next page.

Step 6 : A pop-up prompts,user to select either ‘Investor’ or ‘Other Users’ options. Here, you need to select “Other Users” button which is pointed with “YELLOW” arrow in the image given below as applicable.

Step 7 : The ‘Performa of application for Pre-Establishment NOC’ will display on the screen as shown in the image below for you to enter the details. First enter the basic details of building to move to next.

Step 8 : Next, you need to enter ‘Director/Partner/CEO/Lead Promoter/Proprietor’ details and then enter ‘Authorized Coordinator/Contact Person’ details as shown in the image below.

Step 9 : Here, enter Architect details as prompted as shown in the image below to proceed further.

Step 10 : Now, provide the details of building as prompted in the image given below.

Step 11 : Here, you need provide the details of the building premises as shown in the image below.

Step 12 : After filling all the details accordingly in respective places, click on “Browse” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image to attach attachments. Then, click “All above said information is correct with the best of my knowledge and belief” check box which is pointed with “GREEN” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 13 : Finally, hit on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below to submit the application form.

Step 14 : Applicant will get an acknowledgement for submission of application. Please keep it safe for future reference.

Step 15 : This application will be processed further. Applicant will get SMS notification from the department through the registered mobile number.

Step 16 : You can track your application status by following few steps below. In the home page, select “NOC” option which is highlighted in “YELLLOW” in the image given below.

Step 17 : Here in the given set of options, select “CHECK NOC STATUS” option which highlighted in “GREEN” in the image given below.

Step 18 : Now, click on “Returning Applicants/Print NOC, Kindly Click Here” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 19 : Now, enter the ‘Application UID’ and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image given below.

Step 20 : The status of your application will be displayed on the screen as shown in the image below.

Step 21 : Please follow departments notification and guidelines to get the certificate as per applicable norms.
