Uttar Pradesh - Online Obtain Hostel License or Permit

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Hostel License or Permit

Step 2 : Please use the following link to download the application : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In this page please click “Proceed to Login” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : Now click “Register” option highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Complete the registration form with valid details and click “SUBMIT” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now enter the OTP and verification text in the textbox and click “SUBMIT” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : After successful registration, you will receive the login ID to your registered mobile number. To make login click “Citizen Portal” option at the right corner of the screen. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.

Step 8 : Enter your login credentials and click “Login” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : Under “Online Services” click “License Registration” option. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.

Step 10 : Go through the instructions and click “Proceed” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 11 : Complete the application form with valid information and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 12 : To make payment, click “Make Payment” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 13 : Read the instructions carefully and click the checkbox against “I Agree”. Then click “SUBMIT” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 14 : Choose the payment mode as applicable and click “CLICK HERE” below that particular payment mode. Refer the below image where the option is shown in RED.

Step 15 : After successful payment you will receive the fee receipt. Please note the reference number.

Step 16 : Verification is done by the Nagar Nigam Officer.

Step 17 : Once approved, you will receive notification through SMS.

Step 18 : Then you can download the license from the portal.
